Morrison trys to build to his base as both wrestlers go out of bounds. Back to the middle for a new start. First period ends with Gable leading 5-0. Gable starts from the bottom position. Gable grabs the head of Morrison nearly reversing him but Morrison rolls through it to keep control. Gable reverses Morrison to go ahead 7-0. :07 seconds left in the second Gable holds a 7-0 lead. Morrison chooses to start the third period from the top position. Gable secures a reversal to go ahead 9-0 working on nearfall points. Potentially dangerous is called awarding Gable two nearfall to go ahead 11-0. Bloodtime stopage is called for the trainers to attend to blood from Gable. After :27 of blood time both wrestlers restart from the middle. Gable racks another three nearfall points to go up 14-0. Gable lets Morrison up to go ahead 14-1 in hopes of another takedown which he gets with :42 left to secure a tech fall 15-0 in 5:18.
